This Is My Season - And Yours Too 🌿

Hello Reader,

What a week it has been. Welcome to May.

If you have been following along on social media this week, you know that this month is extra special for me.

I am turning 57 on May 16, and I have never felt more grounded, more creative, or more grateful for the season I am stepping into.

This week, I shared a lot of my heart with you, and I want to wrap it all up in one place so you do not miss a thing.

On the Blog:

I published a brand new post this week - Confident Woman Energy at 57: Tea, Crochet & A New Season.

In it, I share:

  • What confident woman energy really means to me
  • Why turning 57 feels powerful
  • My love for crochet and the ruffled hats I have been making
  • My herbal wellness journey, and…
  • A personal message to every woman who feels like her best days are behind her.

In the Garden:

This week, I was reminded that your happy place is worth creating, even in a small space, even on a budget, even in a busy season of life.

My container garden continues to bring me so much peace and joy. I started with a few containers and some intentional choices, and it has grown into something truly beautiful.

If you have been thinking about starting your own garden, start with one container. One herb. One small corner that is yours. 🌱

In My Cup:

Dandelion tea has been my wellness companion this week, and my body is thanking me for it.

It is a powerful plant that supports liver health, digestion, and natural detoxification.

I loved it so much, I started growing it in my own garden to keep it close. 🌼

This Week's Mindset:

The thing I want to leave you with this week is this:

No matter your age or where life has placed you right now, you can still bloom.

You do not need perfect timing, perfect circumstances, or a younger version of yourself.

You only need a quiet, powerful decision to begin. This is your season too. 🌸

Until next week, keep blooming, 🌿

Hello Reader, Back in 2017, I registered Mystique Professional Services with a clear dream: to build an Entertainment PR and Sponsorship Marketing business. And then... I put it on a shelf. For nine years, I made excuses. I told myself I didn't have the right connections, that the industry was too crowded, and most recently, "Who wants to work with a woman in her 50s launching something new? The truth? I had a severe case of imposter syndrome. Fear was stealing my joy and making me feel like...

For a long time, I wondered if I needed to choose just one. However, I have realized something important: I wasn't building four different lives. I was living one life with a common purpose. 🌿 Growing wellness🧶 Creating beauty👑 Living confidently🤝 Building meaningful relationships That's the heart of my new blog...

A plan, a fresh brew, and two ruffle hats

Hello Reader, I am sitting down at my desk today with a hot cup of Cuban Oregano tea - bold, aromatic, and deeply comforting. On my crochet hooks this week? Two statement ruffle hats (one crisp white, one classic black) for a queen. Over on the blog today, I am sharing a real reflection on Purpose-Led Growth at 57. The quick takeaway: Having a solid plan does not mean knowing every single step ahead. Real confidence is not about rigid certainty; it is about holding a steady compass, trusting...
