Hello Reader,

How have you been? I hope your week was all that you desired and more.

This week reminded me that some of the most meaningful growth happens quietly.

There wasn't a big milestone or dramatic breakthrough. Instead, there were small moments that made me pause and smile.

I have been away from home for a little over a week. As such, I miss watching my herbs grow, harvesting fresh green mint for another cup of tea, and taking time to be present.

I will get back to it soon, though, because those days simply remind me why I started this journey in the first place.

When I first began growing herbs in containers, I was focused on what I could harvest. Now, I realize the garden has been growing me, too.

It has taught me patience when plants take longer than expected. It has taught me gratitude for every new leaf. It has taught me to pay attention to what my body needs instead of rushing through each day.

Most of all, it has reminded me that wellness isn't built in a single decision. It's built through the small choices we make over and over again. Those little choices eventually become the life we're living.

As I continue learning about traditional Jamaican herbs, experimenting in my container garden, and sharing what I discover, I hope you feel encouraged to begin or continue your own journey, too.

Whether you have a large backyard or just one pot on a balcony, remember that every garden begins with a single plant.
